Marilyn Lane
Governer appoints marilyn Lane mayor of fraser michigan, owner and developer of Lane Development, Inc. to represent licensed residential builders for a term expiring March 31, 2007.
This mayor, builder, crook or what ever you want to call her. Built her vacation home in lewiston michigan outside of the property lines and into the roadway by a good 8' without thinking anything about it. There was a 30 foot setback to the front of any new building, she totaly ignored all building codes or rules. She built her home outside of her lot lines by 8', The she built her basement on top of a pile of buried tree stumps, then block the roadway with a 16' tall rock wall changing the grade and stealing the property from the surrunding land owners. This lady should not represent anybody.
She did this and then she sold the home with out letting the new owers know about the legal problems and local lot owners upcoming court actions.
